Bottled at 40% ABV in a 700ml bottle, Delamain XXO draws entirely on the Grande Champagne terroir. The XXO marking points to extended cask maturation, and the extra years show in the weight and detail of the blend. Oak and walnut lead, with dried fruit and caramel filling in behind, while leather and soft floral notes round out the finish. It is a measured, layered cognac that reflects the house’s approach to blending older stocks.
