Bottled at 60 proof (30% ABV), this peppermint schnapps from Dekuyper leads with bright mint and a cooling sensation, backed by subtle sweetness and a clean finish. The 750 ml bottle covers straightforward peppermint duty in seasonal cocktails and after-dinner drinks. Because the proof sits on the lower side, it blends easily into mixed drinks without taking over, yet still carries enough mint intensity to read clearly in holiday cocktails and shots.
