Description
Deadwood Tumblin’ Dice Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a bold, barrel-proof expression from Proof & Wood Ventures that showcases the rich character of MGP’s high-rye bourbon mashbill. Bottled from individual barrels, each release offers its own unique personality while delivering the balance of sweetness, spice, and oak that has made the Tumblin’ Dice series a favorite among bourbon enthusiasts.
Distilled in Indiana and bottled in Kentucky, these single barrel selections typically feature a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley. The high rye content contributes lively spice and complexity, while barrel-proof bottling preserves the whiskey’s full flavor and texture. Limited quantities and varying ages make each barrel a distinctive experience for collectors and whiskey lovers alike.
