Chemin des Terroir is a natural wine crafted by , in the Champagne region in . This sparkling wine is made with 50% , 30% and 20% grapes, which are grown on a plot which is being done in conversion to holistic practice.
Expect a refined, flavourful Champagne with brioche & biscuit notes, hint of dried fig on the nose. On the palate it has faint sense of sweetness in the middle which works great, and the a touch of walnut to finish. A really good Champagne and an excellent price for the quality to enjoy!
