Small batch blends (all numbered sequentially). Blends vary 6-8 years of age. Always bottled at 108 proof. 95% Rye, 5% malted barley. Originally distilled in Indiana and bottled in Sparta, Kentucky. Each blend is unique.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Cinnamon, nutmeg, and honeyed vanilla with hints of oak and dried fruit.
PALATE
Spicy rye backbone layered with flavors of gingerbread, baking spice, caramel, and sweet herbs.
FINISH
Long and warming with lingering spice, toasted oak, and a touch of sweetness.
