Ripe raspberry leads the way in this 750 ml berry liqueur from Daphane, bottled at 24% ABV. Berry sweetness carries the palate, and the fruit-forward profile closes out smooth rather than sharp. Because the proof sits on the gentler side, the raspberry character comes through clearly without alcoholic bite. That makes it workable in desserts, as a cordial component in mixed drinks, or poured on its own for easy sipping.
