Juniper leads the way in this Welsh dry gin, backed by soft floral notes and a streak of crisp citrus that carries through to a dry finish. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 700 ml format, it is made using traditional gin-making methods and a considered selection of botanicals. The result is a clean, botanical-forward gin with quiet complexity rather than heavy sweetness. It holds its shape in classic cocktails and reads just as clearly when poured neat.
