Description
Devil’s Share Bourbon from Cutwater is a small-batch whiskey bottled at 46% ABV in a 750 ml format. The pour is deep amber, opening with caramel and vanilla alongside toasted oak, dark chocolate and dried fruit.
The palate is robust and earthy, with caramel and vanilla cream running through baking spice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. It closes smooth and velvety, with a spicy finish that lingers. Poured neat it shows its full character, and it holds its shape in cocktails as well. The bottle itself mirrors the craftsmanship of the whiskey inside.
