Opah Herbal Liqueur from Cutwater draws on a range of botanicals steeped in selected base spirits, bottled at 36% ABV in a 750 ml format. Layers of herbal character lead the way, followed by citrus lift and a restrained sweetness that carries into a complex finish. The recipe pairs modern distilling methods with the older practice of herbal formulation, producing a liqueur that holds its shape in mixed drinks and works equally well poured neat.
