Description
Every step of this rye happens at the distillery in Bend, Oregon — the grain is grown there, then distilled, aged, and bottled on site. The mash is 100% rye, and each batch is run on its own before spending a minimum of five years in new American oak barrels in the Central Oregon High Desert.
That time and place show up in the glass: oak, baking spice, and dried fruit layered into a warm, complex profile. Bottled at 93 proof (46.5% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle, it carries a spicy edge alongside a smooth, lasting finish.
