Bottled at 40% ABV with no time in oak, Cosmico Tequila Blanco puts blue agave front and center. The liquid is clear, and the flavor follows suit: fresh agave, a lift of citrus, herbal pepper, and a clean mineral finish. This 750 ml unaged expression works as well in a margarita or mixed drink as it does poured neat. Without barrel influence in the way, it’s a straightforward look at what tequila tastes like at its source.
