Copalli Organic Cacao Rum starts with fresh-pressed sugarcane juice and takes on its character from roasted organic cacao nibs grown in the surrounding region. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, it carries no artificial colors or additives, so the chocolate depth and cane sweetness come straight from the ingredients themselves.
The nose is rich with cacao and dark chocolate, backed by warm vanilla and sweet sugarcane. Creamy chocolate leads the palate alongside caramel undertones and a touch of tropical fruit, closing smooth with cocoa warmth that lingers.
