Description
Compass Box Vellichor is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 44.6% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. The blend draws on mature spirits from a number of distilleries, including parcels aged in ex-Sherry casks, and is built to suggest the atmosphere of an old bookshop.
The profile is warm and complex, with leather and wood alongside a subtle sweetness. Oak, spice and dried fruit carry through to a smooth, lasting finish.
Presented at natural colour and non-chill-filtered, so the whisky’s full character and depth remain intact. A nuanced, contemplative dram with clear provenance and craftsmanship.
