Years in oak shape this 750 ml extra a\u00f1ejo from Codigo 1530, bottled at 40% ABV. Long barrel maturation draws out butterscotch and chocolate, with vanilla oak and dried fruit filling in the middle of the palate. The extended aging softens the spirit considerably, leading to a sophisticated finish that unfolds slowly. It’s a layered pour built for slow sipping and close attention rather than quick assessment.
