Description
Part vermouth, part amaro, Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro is built on a fortified wine base and layered with bittering herbs, landing at 16% ABV in a 500 ml bottle. The result sits between two Italian categories, carrying the wine character of a vermouth alongside the herbal depth associated with amaro.
Bitterness stays in balance rather than dominating, giving the bottle range: sipped on its own as an ap\u00e9ritif, poured over ice with a twist, or stirred into cocktails where a vermouth would otherwise go. For drinkers looking past standard vermouth, it offers a more herbal, more bitter direction.
