Night + Potion is a natural wine crafted by , in the Catalonia region in . This light, white wine is made with 100% grapes and could be a perfect aperitif before dinner.
Production details of Night + Potion: Night + Potion is made by Manel Aviñó and his daughter Núria at Clos Lentiscus in Penedès, Catalonia. The wine is 100% Xarel·lo with extended 30-day skin contact. The free-run juice ferments wild and ages in clay amphorae for 10 months. The estate’s sandy and calcareous soils are farmed using a lunar-calendar approach with help from their sheep, horse Ringo and bee hives.
Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Night + Potion by Clos Lentiscus, but we hear it has notes of dried apricot, orange peel, fresh herbs and a soft mineral texture.
