Description
Fire plays a direct role in how this whiskey is made. Climax Wood Fired Whisky brings wood-fired smoke into the production process, layering charred wood character over a familiar American whiskey base. The result is bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format.
Expect smoke and oak up front, followed by caramel sweetness and a warming finish. The smoky edge also shapes the texture, giving the whiskey a mouthfeel that sets it apart from conventionally produced bottlings and suits drinkers curious about craft techniques.
