Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), Climax Moonshine Original carries the name of Tim Smith and follows the craft methods long associated with Appalachian distilling. The 750 ml bottle holds an unaged spirit built on corn whiskey character. Grain-forward flavor leads the way, with a subtle sweetness and a smooth character that keeps the raw corn profile approachable rather than sharp.
