Clement Rhum XO Vieux Rhum Agricole is a Martinique agricole rum bottled at 42% ABV in a 750 ml format. It is built from a blend of several aged rums matured in oak. Because it is distilled from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses, the rhum keeps the vegetal, earthy character that sets agricole apart from other aged rums. Oak time layers caramel, vanilla and spice over that base. Tasting notes: caramel, vanilla oak, sugarcane earthiness, dried fruit and spice.
