Made in the eau-de-vie tradition, this 700 ml brandy distills ripe pear into liquid form. At 40% ABV, there’s no alcohol burn to cover the fruit, so fresh pear leads the way with green apple and a quiet floral edge behind it. The pears come from Oregon orchards, and each batch carries the character of the fruit that went into it. The palate finishes clean, without the weight or sweetness of a barrel-aged spirit.
