Enticing minor waft of super mild VA (which blows off) and soft flinty reduction with freshly squeezed lime juice on the nose really intrigues the senses on first smell…
The palate delivers with an energetic burst of tangy lemon sherbert, grapefruit zest, essential oils, and a sensual mineralic (and almost chalky!) edge that grips the tongue.
Whilst super fresh, it goes down with a vanilla cream roundness which makes it the best of both worlds. Light yet big in some ways. Would be great for a 5pm sunny Apero drink. We love it!
