Chivas Regal Aged 12 Years is a blended Scotch whisky built from Strathisla malt and grain whiskies, each matured for at least 12 years. A variety of casks are used across the component whiskies that make up the blend. The nose opens with wild herbs, heather and orchard fruits. The palate is balanced and smooth in texture, carrying honey and vanilla through to ripe apple, and closes with a warm, lingering finish. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 1 L bottle.
