Long rest in oak shapes this Mexican añejo tequila, drawing out layers of caramel and vanilla alongside a thread of citrus. The wood influence sits in balance with the agave underneath, and the finish stays smooth rather than sharp. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 700 ml format, it works poured neat or built into a more considered tequila cocktail, where the aged character carries through without being lost.
