Description
Chicken Cock Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey gives you a classic Kentucky profile shaped by patient aging and careful blending. It’s made in limited quantities, so every batch reflects real attention to detail.
Open the bottle and you’ll pick up orange zest, vanilla, and caramel, with a little rye spice drifting underneath. The palate builds on that sweetness with more caramel and vanilla, a bright citrus edge, and warming rye spice framed by oak. As it opens up, the spice steps forward and the oak turns a touch drier.
The finish lasts, carrying caramel sweetness, white pepper, and gentle oak warmth. It’s balanced and full of classic bourbon character. Bottled at a bold 100 proof, this roughly five-year-old bourbon is produced at Bardstown Bourbon Company, so there’s plenty of flavor packed into every pour.
