Bottled without aging at 40% ABV, Chamucos Blanco fills a 750 ml bottle with tequila made by traditional Mexican methods. Skipping the barrel keeps the agave front and center, so the spirit tastes of fresh agave with citrus notes, a peppery bite and a clean finish. That straightforward profile is what makes a blanco useful: it works in a margarita, and it holds up just as well when you want to taste authentic tequila character on its own terms.
