Description
Cazcanes Reposado No. 7 Tequila This expression brings the character of highland agave together with the mellowing influence of oak, making it a standout in the reposado category.
Cazcanes is a small-production tequila brand rooted in the Jalisco highlands of Mexico, where the rich red clay soils yield agave plants with a naturally sweeter, more herbaceous profile than their lowland counterparts. The No. 7 Reposado is rested in American oak barrels, allowing the raw agave character to take on notes of vanilla, light caramel, and gentle spice without losing the bright, vegetal core that defines highland tequila. The result is a balanced, nuanced expression that rewards both sipping and mixing.
Cazcanes Reposado No. 7 works beautifully neat or on the rocks, and its oak-kissed agave character translates exceptionally well into classic tequila cocktails like a Paloma or a Tequila Old Fashioned.
