Description
Made in Oaxaca from tobala agave, this artisanal mezcal is produced in small batches using methods passed down through generations of mezcaleros. Bottled at 46% ABV in a 750 ml format, it leans on the particular character of the tobala varietal rather than heavy smoke.
The palate is built around delicate agave, with mineral notes, a subtle herbaceous edge and light smoke running underneath. The result is a mezcal with both complexity and restraint, reflecting the traditional craftsmanship behind it.
