Description
From the Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, this small batch bourbon comes together through careful barrel selection and blending. Each 750 ml bottle is filled at 100 proof, or 50.5% ABV, a strength that carries the whiskey’s depth without overwhelming it.
Blending a limited number of barrels keeps the profile steady from batch to batch while letting individual casks contribute their own character. Expect caramel and vanilla alongside oak and spice, closing with a warm finish.
