Beginning with Castle & Key’s Restoration Rye, the whiskey matured for four years before spending an additional 13 months in barrels that previously held extra old Haitian rhum agricole. The result is a unique cask-finished expression that layers tropical richness onto the bold spice and structure of rye whiskey.
This limited experimental release showcases how thoughtful barrel finishing can transform a whiskey without overshadowing its core identity.
