Bottled at 59% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, this California bourbon from Cask and Coast goes into the glass uncut and unfiltered. Drawing from a single barrel rather than a blend, it carries whatever character that particular cask developed, and the cask strength presentation keeps the flavor at full concentration.
The pour leans into heavy oak char, with caramel richness underneath and a robust run of spice through the middle. It closes warm. As a limited edition single barrel release, each bottling reflects its own barrel instead of a standardized house profile.
