Description
Casa Mexa Ancestral is a blanco tequila made in collaboration with Marco Jauregui, a fourth-generation tequila producer whose family has cultivated agaves in the lowlands of Jalisco since the early 1900s. Bottled at 750 ml and 52% ABV.
The production revives older tequila-making techniques, including traditional floor conical ovens and tahona processing, to restore the original flavors that defined early tequila production. It is presented as a tribute to heritage and craftsmanship.
Smooth and balanced on the palate, with notes of cooked agave, citrus and vanilla, closing on a hint of pepper spice.
