Bottled at 64.4% ABV, Cardrona Just Hatched is a new make whisky caught early in its life, when the raw spirit still leads and oak influence is only beginning to show. Spice and a vibrant streak run through it, with flavors that sit close together and stay concentrated. The 375 ml format makes this a compact look at the distillery’s base spirit at full strength, showing the youthful character that sits beneath a matured whisky.
