Description
Made in Peru from grape must that is only partially fermented, Caravedo Mosto Verde Pisco lands at 43% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. The method leaves plenty of fruit sugar behind in the still, and the result reads green grape and citrus, with fresh herbs and a floral lift running through it.
No time in wood means nothing gets in the way of the spirit itself, so the profile stays bright and clean from start to finish. It works poured neat or built into classic Peruvian pisco drinks, and reflects the traditional Andean approach to distilling.
