Cantina Bolzano–Kellerei Bozen St. Magdalener Classico DOC
Tasting Note: Bright ruby red in color, this elegant Alto Adige red offers enticing aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, complemented by delicate violet, floral notes, and a hint of bitter almond. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with juicy red fruit, lively acidity, and soft, silky tannins. Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, it finishes with lingering cherry, subtle spice, and a characteristic almond note.
Food Pairing: Ideal with speck, charcuterie, antipasti, pasta, pizza, roast poultry, pork, and mild cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 14–16°C (57–61°F).
