Candoni Prosecco Rosé is a pink sparkling wine from Italy’s Prosecco DOC. It blends 85% Glera with 15% Pinot Noir. The color is light pink, with fine, lasting bubbles.
The family’s notes start with floral aromas. Apple and peach follow, then raspberry and strawberry. In the mouth it feels crisp, clean and delicate. Fruit and flowers linger after each sip.
The Beverage Testing Institute awarded it Gold and 91 points in 2024. Wine.com’s Wilfred Wong also gave it 91 points.
Chill it well for toasts or brunch. Serve it with sushi, seafood or soft cheeses, or turn it into a rosé spritz.
