Nine years in barrel shape this Canadian whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. The extended maturation shows in a rounded profile of caramel and vanilla, with oak, gentle spice and a touch of grain sweetness carrying through to a refined finish. The result is an aged Canadian expression that drinks smoothly on its own and holds its own in classic whisky cocktails, where its measured sweetness and oak character stay present alongside other ingredients.
