Description
Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rose is a sparkling rosé made by the traditional method, the most revered method for quality sparkling wine. It pours a bright pink color with pink hues and carries fine, persistent bubbles.
The nose is aromatic, with vibrant ripe red berries, floral tones and fine, powerful fruit aromas touched by hints of yeast. The palate is luscious with red fruit — strawberries and mulberries — alongside sweet spots and hints of apple, medium body, good texture and refreshing acidity lifted by its fine sparkles.
A well-balanced, food-friendly style suited to drinking as an apéritif or with most dishes, including charcuterie, fish, rice, white meat and cheese. 750 ml, 11.5% ABV.
