How is Le Ciel Est Bleu made?
A sparkling blend of Chenin Blanc with Grolleau Noir and Grolleau Gris from Calvez-Bobinet’s vines around Saumur, sitting at a very light 10%. The fine, persistent bubble makes it feel closer to a Crémant than a wild pet nat, which is why it works so well as an aperitif.
