Description
CALLE 23 Blanco is an unaged agave spirit bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. Without time in wood, it shows blue agave in its purest form, keeping the bright, fresh character that defines the blanco style.
The nose and palate lead with fresh agave and citrus, backed by herbaceous notes, a touch of pepper and a clean finish. It is an agave-forward profile from start to close.
At standard proof, it balances easy drinking with enough presence for cocktail applications such as margaritas and contemporary agave-driven drinks.
