Description
Bottled at 38% ABV in a 700 ml format, Calisco Spirit of California draws on West Coast distilling practice and reworks it through a current lens. The result is a spirit built around regional character and contemporary technique rather than a single fixed style.
The palate is clean, with subtle grain notes and a balanced sort of complexity that holds up on its own. It works equally well as a base for mixed drinks or poured neat for a closer look at what California distilling looks like now.
