Description
One Barrel. One Story. No Compromises.
Calico House Distillery has always had a playful spirit — and Dancing Goat Bourbon is the expression that wears it proudly. A single barrel release, each bottle is drawn from one carefully selected cask, meaning no two batches are ever quite the same. This is bourbon in its most honest form: unblended, unfiltered by committee, and full of the kind of character that only comes from letting a single barrel tell its own story. Whether you’re a collector chasing the next great single barrel or simply someone who appreciates bourbon with a personality, Dancing Goat delivers.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Warm vanilla and butterscotch greet you first, followed by toasted oak, a hint of dried apricot, and a gentle floral lift that gives this bourbon its whimsical edge.
- Palate: Medium-to-full bodied with layers of caramel, baking spice, and roasted grain. The single barrel character shines through with a slightly rustic, unpolished depth that keeps things interesting sip after sip.
- Finish: Smooth and lingering with notes of brown sugar, light pepper, and a clean oak fade that invites the next pour.
