Straight from the barrel at 59% ABV, Riptide Cask Strength Rye is a 750ml pour that arrives undiluted. The cask strength bottling keeps the grain front and center, with rye spice and cracked peppercorn framed by charred oak. Vanilla fills in beneath the spice, rounding out a whiskey made with modern methods at a California craft distillery. Nothing is cut back, so the full weight of the rye and its California origins carries through.
