Bottled at 40% ABV in a 100 ml format, Cabal Botella de Caballo Extra A\u00f1ejo delivers a compact serving of extra a\u00f1ejo tequila shaped by long barrel maturation. The pour carries barrel oak and caramel up front, with vanilla and a subtle thread of spice behind them. The small bottle makes extended-aged tequila easy to approach, whether the goal is sampling the category or adding a smaller format to a shelf of aged agave spirits.
