Bushwood Longball Kentucky Gold is a wheated bourbon bottled in bond, aged seven years in new charred oak. At 100 proof (50% ABV), it holds robust flavor alongside the softer texture wheated bourbons are known for.
This is a single barrel release, so each bottle carries its own distinct character built through careful aging. The bottled-in-bond designation reflects the traditional Kentucky distilling standards and quality controls behind it.
The nose opens with toasted caramel and butterscotch candies over subtle oak. The palate is smooth and creamy with a honeyed texture that unfolds in layers, leading to a medium to long finish of butterscotch and vanilla. 750 ml.
