Made in Oregon by Bull Run Distilling Company, Pacific Rum arrives in a 750 ml bottle at 44.67% ABV. The distillery’s Pacific Northwest setting shapes the spirit, which leans on tropical fruit and molasses through the middle of the palate. Vanilla oak fills in behind the fruit, closing with a subtle touch of spice. The result is a rum where sweeter notes and barrel character hold even weight, reflecting the inventive side of the distillery’s rum production.
