Sweet heat is the whole idea behind Bubba’s Hot Honey Whiskey. Built on Kentucky straight whiskey, it layers soft floral honey against a peppery warmth that holds on through the finish, so each sip moves from sugar to spice and back again. Bottled at 35% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it takes well to a few different approaches: poured cold as a shooter, stirred into lemonade for a tart, spicy cooler, or built into a hot honey old fashioned when you want something more composed.
