Description
What sets this 750 ml bourbon apart is the wood: Broken Barrel California Oak spends its maturation in California oak barrels, a regional choice that steers the whiskey away from the profile of standard bourbon cooperage. Bottled at 44% ABV, it carries the vanilla and spice signatures that this particular oak lends to the spirit.
The pour leads with vanilla and caramel, followed by oak spice and a lift of citrus, closing on a warm finish. It’s a modern take on American whiskey making that still leans on familiar craft technique and easy drinkability.
