Description
Dark cherry and plum lead the way in this 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon from Bricoleur Vineyards, with cedary oak and a thread of spice filling out the mid-palate. At 14.1% ABV, the 750 ml bottle carries firm tannins that hold the fruit in place and give the wine a defined shape from start to finish.
The structure here suits time in the cellar as readily as a glass poured today. Rich meats and hearty plates match its weight, and the layered fruit continues to develop with age rather than fade.
