Jabali is one of the more challenging wild agaves to work with, and this reserva bottling from Bozal puts that varietal front and center. At 47% ABV, the mezcal carries wild agave character alongside smoky earth, herbal layers, mineral tones and a run of spice. Made in limited quantities, the 750 ml bottle reflects the craftsmanship behind the reserve designation. The depth here comes from the agave itself, with herbal and mineral qualities running through the profile.
