From Guatemala, Botran Reserva Blanca is a white rum bottled at 40% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. Either unaged or only lightly aged, it stays clear in the glass while carrying the complexity that its production process builds in. The profile leans on sugarcane sweetness, clean grain and a touch of light spice, with bright rum character front and centre. That clean distillate makes it a straightforward base for daiquiris, mojitos and other classic rum cocktails.
